Saturday 5th April 2025 — Cllr Waseem Zafar MBE joined community leaders, scholars, and residents at Masjid Falaah for a deeply significant Kiswat Al Kaaba exhibition — a cultural and spiritual event aiming to educate, inspire, and unite communities.Held in Birmingham, the exhibition featured sacred artefacts including the Kiswah (cloth of the Kaaba), sparking reflection and dialogue among attendees.

 

Cllr Zafar’s presence was a strong symbol of civic endorsement for the initiative, which seeks to build bridges across communities through the lens of faith, history, and shared heritage
