Public Safety: Attendee safety is our top priority. All participants must comply with safety guidelines, including emergency evacuation protocols, crowd control measures, and health regulations.

4. Art Displays and Exhibits
Interaction with Exhibits: Attendees must refrain from touching, damaging, or interfering with any artwork, installations, or exhibits unless explicitly allowed.
Photography and Media: Photography or recording may be restricted for certain exhibitions. Kiswat Al-Kaaba reserves the right to allow or deny photography for specific events. Attendees consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Ticketing, Payments, and Refund Policy
Ticketing: All ticket purchases must be made through official Kiswat Al-Kaaba platforms. Tickets are non-transferable without prior authorization.
Cancellations and Refunds: In the case of event cancellations, attendees may be eligible for a refund. Kiswat Al-Kaaba will provide updates and instructions regarding refunds or rescheduling.
No Resale: Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without the organizer’s consent.
6. Liability
Kiswat Al-Kaaba is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury incurred during attendance at events and exhibitions.
Attendees participate at their own risk and must adhere to all venue policies and guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including artwork, installations, and promotional materials, remains the intellectual property of Kiswat Al-Kaaba and its respective creators. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Force Majeure
Kiswat Al-Kaabaah is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions.
9. Amendments
Kiswat Al-Kaabaah reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes where applicable.
